SID..
Bought by a 'first timer' in France who at the owner/dealers request paid for the horse and kept him there on his premises to convince the nervous new owners he was good to go. They sadly paid for him as it was promised if he was unsuitable in any way the money will be refunded.
SID however was vet checked and unsound. He is a lovely boy and good natured but now remains with an unscrupulous dealer, fed on poor quality straw in appalling conditions. The money of course was never refunded.
If any one has experience of handling this situation, legal avenues have been too costly and fruitless, so please contact us if you can offer sound advice or offer SID a home as a companion rather than end up in the abbatoir
